1. Is DNA Diagnostics Center an accredited forensics lab?
   Yes. DDC is accredited by ASCLD-LAB-International. In addition, DDC is ACLASS-accredited for ISO-17025, and licensed by the New York State Department of Health. We conduct all casework in strict accordance with the DNA Advisory Board guidelines.

2. What instrumentation and systems do you use for DNA testing?
   We use the ABI instrumentation with AmpFLSTR® Identifiler®, Profiler Plus®, Y-Filer, and COfiler®.

3. What is your chain of custody procedure?
   Our chain of custody procedure is in strict accordance with the DNA Advisory Board guidelines. We require a chain of custody form to accompany the evidence at all times. DDC can provide you with chain of custody forms.

4. Does DDC Forensics perform its own statistical analysis of the data?
   Yes. We use DNAView and eDNA, the two most widely used statistical programs in the industry.

5. What quality assurance does DDC FORENSICS perform for data analysis?
   DDC’s quality assurance program is in accordance with ‘The Quality Assurance Standards for Forensic DNA Testing Laboratories and Convicted Offender DNA Databasing Laboratories’ issued by the FBI Director.

6. Does DDC participate in proficiency testing programs?
   Yes. DDC participates in proficiency testing twice a year through an accredited proficiency testing service. Proficiency documentation is available upon request.

7. Where is DDC's laboratory located?
   Our world-class testing facilities occupy a spacious16-acre technology park in Fairfield, Ohio.

8. How many years of experience do DDC's experts have?
   DDC's experts have over 150 years of combined experience in the DNA testing field, and 30 years in the Forensics specialty area.
